FAQs
Do you photograph weddings at the San Diego County Administration Center?
Yes. The County Administration Center downtown is one of my favorite places to photograph intimate San Diego weddings. I'm familiar with the license process, ceremony setting and surrounding waterfront areas. I'm happy to help you plan portraits around your ceremony!
How much photography coverage do we need?
Most courthouse couples choose 1–2 hours of photography. Depending on the how long the paperwork pre ceremony takes, one hour is often enough for the ceremony and a short couple’s portrait session. Two hours gives us more breathing room for an optional first look, family photos, additional portraits and/or a second location.
Can we go off the ceremony site? i.e. portraits at Balboa Park
Absolutely! Lots of my couples opt for taking portraits at Balboa Park, Coronado, Sunset Cliffs and other places they love!
Can you be our witness? Is there is a cost for this?
I am always happy to be a couple’s witness and there is no additional cost assocaited with this.
How many photos do I get?
I deliver 50-100+ photos per hour. The total varies based on what events you have during your courthouse wedding.
I’m interested and just contacted you. What’s next?
Fantastic! I will either call or email you with availability, follow up questions, and rates. I will then send you an electronic contract and invoice: a $200 retainer is needed to save the time and date. The balance is due prior to the session.
